I have recently joined a new organization, which is an engineering and manufacturing company with an employee strength of around 1500 people. Most of the employees are blue-collar workers. Based on my past experience, I am unable to figure out how, as a new HR professional, I can engage the employees and create employee satisfaction and retention. I would like to request members here to guide me on some strategies, techniques, and ideas on engaging blue-collar employees.
