Company B onboarded me, knowing I hadn't been properly relieved from Company A and was still serving a notice period. For one month, I worked for both companies, not knowing the PF overlap would be a problem. Now, after one month, I received relieving from Company A, which I submitted to Company B. Now, Company B has fired me using underhanded methods, falsely claiming that I am underperforming. Essentially, there is a one-month overlap between my employment at Company A and Company B. I can't blame Company A since I chose to leave, and I feel somewhat guilty for leaving a great company. Shouldn't Company B have assisted me in this situation?

Additionally, I want to highlight some questionable practices from Company B:

1. They requested a hand-signed copy of the offer letter with a specified date and a standard moonlighting clause.
2. In the salary structure, the basic salary slab was minimal, with a significant portion of my salary categorized as miscellaneous (almost half of my salary). This was likely planned as they intended to terminate my employment, aiming to pay less in the full and final settlement by keeping the basic salary low.
3. Despite delivering exceptional work on the project I was initially hired for, I was unfairly criticized for my performance. Subsequently, I was assigned to a project where only one other developer and I were working, without a manager from our side. The other developer was given vague tasks while I was excessively scrutinized. Upon further investigation, I noticed that the recent client on the CEO's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts was listed as a friend.
4. During onboarding, they obtained a written undertaking of my joining date. Naively, I provided this information as I was concerned about being terminated, especially since I was already on notice from Company A.
5. An unusual detail on my salary slip is the mention of my joining date.

These incidents suggest premeditated actions indicating their intention to terminate my employment. I feel deceived. What options do I have in this situation? While I understand the circumstances of being terminated, I am troubled by the impact on my service history in the EPF portal and their refusal to rectify it. They have essentially tarnished my career.
