Hi Team,

We are a small coffee/food retail venture located in different parts of India, and we want to upgrade our manual HRMS system to an automated system. Can anyone suggest which HRMS software would be a good fit for us with a budget of 40k per annum?

Our needs are as follows:
1. We are required to track our employees' attendance and process the payroll.
2. It must support an employee portal where our associates can view their daily in and out report, individual leave balance and availed leaves, their payroll, and other announcements of the company.

Regards,
Smita

It is known for its user-friendly interface and affordability, making it a popular choice for small to medium-sized businesses. 5) OpenHRMS:
OpenHRMS is an open-source HRMS solution that provides features like leave management, recruitment, and employee self-service. Being open-source, it offers flexibility for customization and is suitable for businesses with limited budgets. While the software itself is free, there might be costs associated with customization and support services.

Before making a decision, it's essential to assess your organization's specific requirements, such as the number of employees, desired features, and any integration needs. Additionally, consider factors like user reviews, customer support, and scalability to ensure you choose a solution that aligns with your long-term goals.

HR.mscorpres.online is also the best option. You should try.
