Hi, We are a uniform manufacturing company and want to introduce a daily allowance policy for employees visiting the market daily in different locations of India for the distributors and other work. Being a private sector company with an employee count of fewer than 21, we are not able to decide the upper cap of the amount. Also, it has been noticed that sometimes the reimbursement exceeds a regular amount that can be thought of.
Please help us decide how to set an upper cap that is fair to the employee as well as the company.
