Current Job Role
Currently, I hold the designation of HR Manager within my organization. However, the roles and responsibilities I am tasked with primarily resemble those of an executive level. To provide you with a clearer understanding, here is an outline of my current job role:
- Recruitment: Handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including blue-collar and white-collar jobs.
- Payroll Management: Overseeing payroll activities and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Employee Engagement: Initiating and executing strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Skill Matrix and Training: Developing skill matrices and organizing training programs to enhance the capabilities of blue-collar employees.
- Attrition Control: Implementing measures to reduce employee turnover rates and enhance retention.
- Joining, Induction, and Exit Formalities: Managing the onboarding process for new hires, conducting induction programs, and overseeing exit procedures.
Despite my dedication to self-learning, I find it increasingly challenging to develop new skills and keep up with the evolving demands of my role, primarily because I am managing everything alone.
Seeking Guidance and Support
Therefore, I am turning to this forum for guidance and support. I believe that the collective wisdom and experience of the members here can provide invaluable insights and suggestions to help me address this challenge effectively.
I am open to any advice, resources, or recommendations that you may have regarding skill development, time management, or any other aspect that could assist me in fulfilling my responsibilities more efficiently and effectively.
