Missed ESIC Payments Last Year: Should I Act Now or Wait for a Notice?

During the financial year 2021-2022, from April to September 2021, I have not paid the ESIC contribution. How do I pay now? I have not received any notice from the department. Should I voluntarily approach the concerned officer in the department or wait for the demand from the ESIC?

Hi, you can consult the related authority for the same. They will calculate the amount due with penalties and pass an order to pay the amount.
