Confused About PF Exit Date? Why Can't I Mark It After 2 Months?

Dear Sir/Madam,

My last working day was 12/2/2024, and today is 16/4/2024. I want to put the exit date to withdraw my PF, but I'm not getting the option in the PF portal. It says only after 2 months can I mark my exit.

If I count from my last working date on 12/2/2024 to 12/4/2024, it completes 2 months. So, why does the portal still indicate that I can only mark my exit after 2 months when it's already been 2 months since I left?

Can anyone please guide me and explain why this is happening and what I need to do?

Please check if the employer has already provided an exit date. If the date is later than February 16, 2024, you cannot proceed with the withdrawal as you have not been unemployed for two months.
