ESIC Login issue - We are receiving an error message stating that the employer code has been blocked

Hello All, We, Elitepay Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd, are a payroll and labor law consultents. We have been experiencing an issue since April 12, 2024, where the majority of our clients' ESIC employer logins are not working. We are receiving an error message stating that the employer code has been blocked. We kindly request that the concerned RO/SRO be contacted to resolve the issue. We have attempted to resolve the issue for at least 30 employers, but all accounts have the same problem. If anyone from the group has faced a similar problem and found a solution, we would appreciate it if you could kindly share it with us.
