How can I merge my old Scheme Certificate and 10C Form with my new UAN after an 8-year break in service?

My old service was in Surat, and my present service is also in Surat, but the company is Jaipur-based, so the PF account is in Jaipur. Kindly guide me on how I can merge both accounts.

Hi, primarily, you need to use the same UAN, and you need to surrender the scheme certificate to the respective PF office through your employer in order to continue the pension contribution along with the past accumulation.
