Thank you very much for the very informative Booklet/HRD Manual. I am also in a Pharma Co., having recently joined, and I need your help in obtaining more information such as SOPs for HR, Appraisal forms for Field staff and workmen, etc. Do you have any pay structures/scales? These will help me in setting up my HR functions. Some more details on KPIs would also be greatly appreciated.
