Withdrawing PF from Multiple Accounts

I have one UAN and two PF accounts within the same organization, but I have left both organizations. The Date of Exit (DOE) is updated, and I am currently not working. I need to withdraw my PF in full and final. Could you please help me with the process? Which form should I use, and where should I apply? How do I apply through EPFO? Unfortunately, my employer has not been helpful.

You can withdraw the accumulations in each PF account separately. Alternatively, if you transfer the old account to the latest one and then withdraw the total accumulations, that should also work. In the latter case, approval by the employer would be required, and if the employer is not cooperative, you may try to withdraw them separately.
