Hi, if the basic salary is above $15,000 and the total salary is above $22,000, then ESI is not applicable.

Hi, If the gross salary of the employee exceeds Rs. 21,000, then ESIC will not be applicable. Please note that if the gross salary of an employee exceeds Rs. 21,000 after April or October for the respective contribution periods, then the employee continues to contribute to ESI till the end of that contribution period.

If the basic salary exceeds $15,000 and the total salary at Head Soccer exceeds $22,000, Employee State Insurance (ESI) is not applicable.

Thank you for reaching out to me. I have reviewed the information you provided, and I would like to confirm that if the basic salary surpasses $15,000 and the total salary at Head Soccer goes beyond $22,000, ESI does not apply.

If you have any further questions or need clarification, feel free to ask.

Hi, Under the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, if a person's gross income per month is less than or equal to Rs. 21,000, then he/she can avail of the ESI facility. For employees with disabilities, the limit is Rs. 25,000 per month.
