Whatever your portfolio or establishment, if it falls under the State Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, you must maintain various forms related to attendance, wages, and their payment. All these details can be consolidated in one register, Form-T (Combined Register of Wages), which is typically notified in the state's rules under the Act. This is a combined statutory register. A printed, bound volume of the register is available in bookstores, containing relevant data where you can record employees' names, attendance, overtime, EPF, ESIC, other permissible deductions, net pay, and mode of payment. I suggest purchasing these registers and starting to maintain them, or you can maintain the same format electronically.
