Hi All, I absconded from company ABC 2 years ago on day 2, but the company had created a PF account for me. Now, I am looking to switch jobs and have received an offer from company XYZ, an MNC. I disclosed my absconding history to the HR and shared my EPF service history for background verification (BGV). After a few days, the HR informed me that my pre-joining BGV is cleared, and I have been given an offer letter.
I am aware that there will be a BGV after joining company XYZ, including a client BGV. I would like to understand if this could lead to any issues such as termination of employment after I have already started at the company, even though I have disclosed everything to HR via email.
Please advise on this matter.
