Apprentice Salary Structure - What Are the Components to Be Considered for the Preparation of the Stipend?

DEAR FRIENDS, PLEASE PROVIDE A SALARY STRUCTURE FOR POST-GRADUATE APPRENTICE TRAINEE.
WHAT ARE THE COMPONENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE STIPEND?

There is no 'structure' for stipend. Whatever is payable should be consolidated. I understand that there is no separate stipend prescribed for post graduates but the stipend as applicable to graduate apprentices is to be given to Post Graduate apprentices also. The minimum stipend to graduate apprentices is Rs 9000 per month. Stipend should be paid without any deduction towards ESI, PF or for not attending training due to the reason that the established was closed due to holiday.

The above relates to apprentices engaged following Apprentice Act 1961 and not to any other trainees. Trainees other than apprentices, whether under designated trade or optional trades, shall be paid salary not below the statutory minimum wages notified byt he government and the same would attract contributions to ESI, PF etc and the period of training would qualify for all terminal benefits such as Gratuity.

The name of STIPEND is must to be in the emolument structure to apprenticeship. Other allowances such Attendance allowance or any benefit allowances is added advantage to sustain them in the premises.
