Gratuity Claim Dispute: Can I Legally Challenge a False Claim for Extra Years?

One of my former employees, who worked at my company for around 3 years, recently submitted a form claiming gratuity for 7 years, even though he only worked for 4 years. Can I pursue a legal case against this claim? What steps should I take upon receiving this claim form?

Hi, just ignore it or reply back stating that he is not eligible for gratuity. After 3 years, I hope he is relieved officially. Even if he makes a complaint with the ACL office, you can present the facts.
