I started my career in the IT sector in 2022. I joined Tech Mahindra as a CSA and left the company after one month and five days. I joined Capgemini as a subcontractor because the vendor asked me to join as a fresher due to an urgent requirement. I informed my manager about this, and he told me that HR would contact me regarding my resignation.
I joined Capgemini on 1st June, and HR called me on 15th June, asking for a written explanation. I provided it, and they marked my exit date as 15th June, even though I didn't work for those 15 days. Now, I have 15 days of overlap. I didn't mention this experience on my CV as it won't be considered relevant experience. My concern is whether this will be a big problem in the future since it appears on my service history. Should I stop searching for a job in the private sector?
