Good afternoon to all seniors. Can anyone suggest to me what a job fair is? I am going to attend a job fair organized by my college in Indore. Please tell me about the processes conducted there and how to crack the interview.

Group of companies under one roof. Usually, there would be a personal interview, i.e., the first-round screening. In some cases, depending upon the position, there would be a written test as well.

If the candidate gets shortlisted, they would be called to their campus for subsequent rounds.

It's nothing but alike marketing of jobs may be in a particular place with various offers from various companies, or it may be a specific company holding a job fair in a specific place like your college. There, you can present yourself according to their offers and eligibility. If they find you to be a good fit for their organization, they offer pricing and perks with various conditions for your employment. If you find that you and they are comfortable with each other regarding the terms and conditions, then they finally seal the job offer, and you also finalize your candidacy.
