Hi Everyone, One of my friends got a job with fake experience in the xyz MNC company and worked there for more than three years and everything is going well with the project and client. Last week he got the new job in abc MNC company with xyz company experience only. now he is thinking about joining a new company or staying with the same company. need your suggestions on.

If the offer is good in terms of career growth / monetary part and if the profile of the Company is good then there nothing wrong in joining new Company. But advise your friend to ensure there will not be any BGV process reason being your friend joined xyz Company with fake experience.
