Facing Separation or Termination: Will I Get Paid for My Notice Period or Just Worked Days?

sumith-suresh
I have been given two options: Separation or Termination due to the zero-tolerance policy, and I did resign officially. However, I don't need to serve the notice period. This is what my designated HR conveyed. Usually, we have to serve two months. The question is, will I get paid for the two months or just for the days I worked? She also mentioned she will make some changes in the backend, such as changing the relieving date.

This would depend on the company policy in this regard. You will have to wait for the HR decision on your relieving date, and it can be expected that they will pay you until then.

Hello sir, I received a Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP) notice due to alleged abusive language, but I did not use any abusive language. Despite this, they have received the Final Settlement (FNF) amount, but I have not been paid any FNF amount.

"Earlier, they completely told me that you will not get any last working amount."

Many candidates receive a Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP) notice, but they only get paid up to their last working day, even if they are accused by the customer. In my case, I forgot to sign, and they have not paid me up to my last working day. This is my concern.
