Seeking Help: Does Anyone Have a Questionnaire on Work-Life Balance for Women Employees?

I am an MBA student. Please send me a questionnaire based on "work-life balance among women employees" as I am undertaking a project on it. If anyone has a questionnaire on this topic, please help me out.

Please, can anyone help me in framing the objectives and questionnaire for a study on the work-life balance among female employees.

Please do not request finished projects, theses, or questionnaires on this forum without giving enough information.

Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

I am not sure if you have read any literature on questionnaire design. If not, go to questionnaire design + guidelines - Google Search. Also see http://citehr.com <link updated to site home> (Search On Cite | Search On Google) where an MBA project is attached as an example.

I am an MBA graduate of 2009, specialized in HR. Currently, I aspire to pursue a Ph.D. focusing on work-life balance. However, I am looking for a more specific and unique topic. How about exploring the impact of work-life balance on employee performance or job satisfaction?
