This is Asha, working as an HR Trainee. I lost my old mobile number, which was linked to my PF account, and I forgot my password too. Someone helped me log into my PF account. I tried many ways to log in, but I am getting errors like "Aadhaar, name, DOB mismatched."

Can't you change the telephone number through the employer portal? If possible, after changing the mobile number, you may use the "forgot password" field to log in to the member portal and then correct the date of birth according to Aadhaar.
