Can distributed amount of Bonus for Contract workers added in Form "D"

Respected Fraternity,
Looking for suggestion & further learning on, we distributed Bonus to contract workers through the contractors by paying them in monthly billing cycle. Should we added distributed bonus amounts to contract workers in Form "D" or not??

It i true that contractor was paid bonus element through monthly invoice. But that is not your bonus payment but your cost of engaging some contract workers or the price fixed by the contractor for providing the service. That need not be shown in Form D, the annual return to be submitted to the Labour department. You can show your direct payment of bonus, the payment to your directly employed workers only.
