Will a foreign director be considered when calculating the headcount of 20 employees for a company's EPF applicability? Note: The director does not withdraw any salary/wages and is just a part of the Board of Directors.
Only directors who are paid a salary would be considered as employees for the coverage of EPF. Non-executive directors will not be counted.
