Need Help with CAPA for Social Audit Issues: How Would You Address These NCs?

naveenkumar.kumar888@gmail.com
Dear Team Members,

We have received two minor NCs from the social compliance auditor.

1) Handrails are not provided for seven steps at the entrance canteen area.

2) PPE usage signage and instructions are displayed only in English near the ETP area.

Could you please help me write a CAPA?

Compliance Requirements for Non-Compliance Issues

First, comply with the requirements as observed in Non-Compliance. This includes installing handrails and placing boards in your regional language. Following this, address the report by marking it as "handrails to be installed by [date]" and "Signboard to be placed in [language] by [date]," and then close the Non-Compliance issue.

Please refrain from using abbreviations like NC and CAPA when communicating for the first time. This would constitute a Non-Compliance if a thorough audit is conducted on communications to employees/board members. You may use these abbreviations in subsequent reports or communications.
