Leave should be as per the Acts applicable to the respective organisation. If it is a factory where manufacturing activities are carried out, then Factories Act will be applicable and if it is a trading organisation or office of any factory outside the boundaries of the factory, then the state Shops and Commercial Establishments will be applicable. You can get an idea of what all kinds of leaves are available and accordingly frame a leave policy for your organisation. Remember that the leaves as admissible are the minimum number but you can give more number than prescribed under the Act but no way you can bring it down.
