Hello Gentleman, Our company provides all our employees with one and a half days' leave. We don't entertain any CL, EL, PL, etc. Also, no employees can surrender leave for encashment. But an employee can carry forward to subsequent months. Please guide me on whether this leave policy of ours will have any statutory implications.
