Hello Everyone,
I have joined a company that doesn't have registration in India. As an HR professional, they asked me to streamline the policies and other related documents. I have streamlined almost all the policies and processes. After three months of my joining, when I asked them for confirmation on my probation, they are not confirming that. Therefore, I have decided to resign because it appears that despite all the efforts in policies, documentation, and streamlining, they may ask me to leave. I believe it is necessary to resign as this is not a professional way to treat employees.
Please advise me on what steps I can take in this situation. Is there any legal recourse I can pursue using the policies I have created?
