Is there any possibility of withdrawing provident funds before 60 days?

Hi, As per PF rules, from the date of relieving, if you are unemployed even after the lapse of 60 days, then PF can be claimed. If you claim before 60 days, only a partial amount can be withdrawn. The reason is that your ex-employer would require time to credit the PF contribution up to the relieving date, and also PF returns need to be submitted to the PF Office.
