Can We Legally Delay an Ex-Employee's PF Exit Date Due to Internal Issues?

I have some doubts about whether we can hold the exit date of our ex-employee from PF due to some internal issues. If yes, then for how long, and is it legal or illegal as per the law? Looking forward to your valuable suggestions. Thank you so much for your attention and participation.

Hi, For internal issues with the employee, you need to resolve them with the employee separately. You should not use the PF exit date as a weapon against the employee.
