Salary Slip Confusion: How to Ensure Both Sides of Deductions Are Clearly Shown?

hr-admin1
Hi all, I need a salary slip as per CTC, which includes both sides of the deductions taken from the employee.

Hi, I hope you are referring to the Employer + Employee contribution of PF.

If the Employer's contribution is added to CTC, then there is no need to show it in the deduction column on the payslip. You will be showing the Gross earnings, and the employee PF deduction will reflect in the deduction column. The Employer PF, which is shown in the CTC, will be directly credited to the PF account.

Employer's contribution to PF is never reflected on the salary slip, and all employers/HR professionals understand this.
