Ours is a partnership firm and has EPF registered. Now we have converted the partnership firm to LLP with the same firm name. What is the procedure to transfer EPF and ESI with the same registration number?
If the name of the organization has not changed, why should there be a transfer? Even the constitution has not changed. In such a case, your GST number, etc., would be the same as earlier. Therefore, there is no need to get new ESI/EPF registration and to transfer the ESI and PF.
