Facing PF Claim Rejection: How to Fix Missing IFSC Code and Cheque Name Issues?

Applied for PF but rejected as it says:
1) INELIGIBLE CLAIM - IFSC CODE MISSING
2) MEMBER NAME NOT PRINTED ON CANCELLED CHEQUE

My name is printed on the cheque, but how do I get the IFSC code on the cheque?

Hi, the IFSC code should be on the cheque. Please check. Alternatively, instead of a cancelled cheque, you may upload a Bank Passbook first-page copy, which will also contain all the necessary details.
