ESIC Contributions Paid Without IP Number for 5 Years: Can I Adjust My Joining Date?

Sir, I have newly registered as an ESIC member. However, the ESIC contributions for the past 5 years, along with penalties, have been paid without an IP number. Can I change my ESIC Date of Joining?

If your organization was covered under ESIC for more than 5 years and you were also a member of ESIC for the entire period, for non-payment, you have to pay a penalty.

Now you can scan your 5 years of data based on the coverage statutory limit in each year, calculated on your monthly gross income. If you identify any periods where you were out of the purview of ESIC, then you may save on contributions and penalties.
