False FIR charged by my father-in-law due to family issues - impact one back ground verification?

There is a false FIR charged by my father-in-law due to family issues, and I got an interim order from the court not to take any legal action against me. Will it impact background verification for new employment? The new employer hasn't asked for any details related to criminal records in the BGV form.

Whether the FIR is false or true is a matter of law, and until it is proved that the FIR is false, it will be deemed to be genuine only. This applies to a background verification agency as well. However, if you are confident that you can convince the employer of your innocence, why should you worry?
