Can I Share Blurred Interview Videos on YouTube Without Legal Trouble?

I have a repository of recordings of real interviews that I want to upload to YouTube by blurring out names and faces. The reason behind the upload is so that people are aware of what type of questions are asked and can be prepared for interviews.

Can I upload those videos? Can an organization sue me for uploading those videos on YouTube? Kindly suggest.
