Yes PF and Pension can be claimed separately. However please note that now the claim process is to be carried out through UAN portal only and physical claim forms are not accepted with few exceptions.
You can claim/ withdraw PF (through form 19) and Pension fund (for less than 9.5 years' service through form 10C) through online process separately.
