How Should an Employee Handle Unpaid Salary and Unfair Termination After Resignation?

Roly Srivastava
Hello Seniors, An employee resigned from a startup with a team size of 5 because management was pressuring them to work for a lower payout. After the resignation, the management declined the resignation and started sending emails related to performance issues, eventually issuing a show cause notice for non-performance. The employee responded to the show cause notice, but the company terminated them, stating the response was unsatisfactory. Now, the company has not paid the salary for 2 months, including the period before the resignation, and is not responding to the employee's emails. What can the employee do in this case? Please guide.

Hi, this is purely unprofessional. The employee can contact the Labour Officer of the office jurisdiction for justice.
