Resigned While on the Bench: Can I Leave Early with a Buyout Option?

Hi, I need help here. I joined my current company on October 16th. On November 2nd, I submitted a resignation form. During this period, I was on the bench. After submitting my resignation, they assigned me to a project. My notice period is 90 days. I would like to be released early, after a month. Is there a buyout option available?

It depends on the offer of appointment as well as the service rules of the firm. Please go through it. The management has the right to accept the buyout request and even to waive the notice period. So you need to take this up with your department head and HR to see what is agreeable to the organization.
