As an accounting executive, I have deposited all our employees' Provident Fund (PF) contributions for the month of October and even generated the challan. However, an employee has checked his PF balance and it is not showing the updated balance.
I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting the PF employer helpline, but have not received any response.
Could you please offer some guidance on what steps I should take next to resolve this issue?
