Remembering Shri HL Kumar: How His Work Shaped Labor Law and HR Practices

Shri HL Kumar, a distinguished advocate and author of dozens of books on labor laws, passed away. He made a profound contribution to the field of labor jurisprudence. Almost all practitioners and students of HRM found it useful and practical to follow his writings.

May his (HL Kumar) departed pious soul rest in peace! It is a great loss to the labor/industrial management fraternity and the nation. I have been a regular reader of his magazine and various books since 1983. My sincere condolences to the bereaved family members.
