Hi members, I am a fresher in HR, so please help me with this. I missed releasing an employment confirmation letter for one of the employees. I received an email from the concerned employee asking why he has yet to receive his employment confirmation letter. How do I respond to his query?

Hi, you can reply to the employee in a separate email and share his confirmation letter. Add a regret note for the delay.
