Facing Trouble with Company Holding Original Marks Cards: What Steps Can We Take?

Hi, I am IRSHAD. Actually, I am from Karnataka, Mysore district, and we have 500 employees working there. We are facing problems with the company:

Issue with Original Marks Cards

1. They issued our SSLC original marks card at the time of bond signing and mentioned that after completing the bond, we would receive it back. However, when employees asked for the original marks card, they simply stated that the marks cards were stolen by someone. Please help with what action should be taken.

2. When an employee completed the bond and requested the marks card, they responded by asking, "Do you have any proof?" What action should be taken? Please help.

3. For the past 6 months, whenever we inquire about the marks cards, they only provide positive responses. What action should be taken?

4. Despite our 100% quality and efficiency at work, they simply terminate employees and refuse to return the original marks card (as mentioned in point 1).

5. They claim to have lodged a complaint with the police, but the authorities do not take it seriously because they only listen to those who offer bribes (corruption).

6. They suggest providing a duplicate marks card, but we do not want that. Please advise on what steps we should take.
