What is HR Format for presentation ? Whether you are working for NGO or an MNC company, there is no HR Format as such. How you people get ideas... I wonder. Whatever is your role in respect of HR, you need to present the facts, as demanded by the Board. There should have been some formats in the past instances. You need to use the same format with updated data. Thats all. If the presentation relates to HR, you should present facts or information pertaining to Human Resources.
