Dear friends,
We are planning for our next year holiday list. In that, we will close for 5 days for our corporate office for the purpose of National holidays (3) and 2 major festivals, i.e., Holi and Diwali. We will also provide 6 restricted holidays for our employees for the remaining festivals. In this connection, I need clarification on what happens if an employee doesn't avail of a restricted holiday. Do we need to compensate for this day or not?
