Salutation will not be a criteria. Your PF will not get rejected. Rejection happens only in case mismatch in given name, surname etc. Also you should ensure your name with initial should look alike both in PF UAN and Bank Account.
Name in your account, Your aadhar and UAN should be same.It is also important that you account should be adhar linked.
Salutation is not the problem.Also the cheque or passbook which you submit for account verification must have same name.
