I joined the office on 13 Aug 2018 and took Maternity Leave from 28 Mar 2023 to 26 Sep 2023. After completing my maternity leave, I want to resign. Am I eligible for gratuity?
You are eligible for payment of gratuity. However, we suggest you please follow the company policy (as per the separation clause in your appointment letter).
Assuming 13.08.18 to be the date of joining service and the period from 28th March to 26th September to be maternity leave, you are eligible for gratuity.
