If you are not a training professional, then you need to call in an expert to examine your business and write the appropriate training manuals and then teach the course.
Training is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. This is a very common misconception here on CiteHR. Training has to be tailored to each individual organization and meet the goals of that organization.
