You need to write training materials specific to YOUR organization and its processes and operations. None of us work for your organization, so we have no idea what you do and how you do it. If you are not a training professional, then you need to call in an expert to examine your business and write the appropriate training manuals and then teach the course.
Training is not a one-size-fits-all proposition
This is a very common misconception here on CiteHR. Training has to be tailored to each individual organization and meet the goals of that organization.
