Can anyone provide information on DA in Gujarat? Our factory is situated in Vapi. It is understood that effective April 2023, Basic & DA will be merged as minimum wages.

Can anyone provide further details on this?

As of now, DA is not applicable; however, the government will notify on 1st October at the time of wage revision.
