Minimum Wages applicability to the Security Personnel.

The factory and mines are in close proximity (other than Maharashtra). Please guide us about the minimum wages applicable to the security personnel in Mines and factories i.e., whether state minimum wages to factory and central minimum wages to Mines? If Guards are interchangeable then?

Minimum Wages of security personnel must be as per the State Guard Board or Security Service Regim irrespective of where he deployed.
